A Letter From Walter

 

Dear Visitor,

 

My real estate career began in Oradell, NJ, in 1965.  I first started as a

salesperson for my mentor, Albert Ashcroft, in the building I now own.  It was

a time of small independent agencies, simple yet caring and knowledgeable.

 

In 1971 I decided to venture out and start my own office.  I started the agency

in a little building that sat to the left of Hagler's Diner, right on Kinderkamack

Road also here in Oradell.  This building was our agency's home for almost

one decade.  In 1980 I acquired our building at 431 Kinderkamack Rd, where my career originally started, and we have been here ever since.

 

We have come a long way.  We live in a time where things move much more quickly.  We have Internet access, web sites, e-mail and documents that travel electronically.  Although we have kept pace with the sophistication of the new millennium, I often wonder if we have overlooked what worked well in the past.  As you are on the verge of entering the real estate market and choosing a Realtor to represent you, I would like to tell you a little more about what our agency has to offer in this current era.  Our office enjoys the use of all the newest technology, including nationwide referral access and extensive multiple listing networking.  We focus on you and believe in nurturing the relationships that exist between people working together toward a common goal.  We are an active, caring, independent real estate office interested only in assisting you with your real estate needs.

 

Our success is clearly attributable to our sales associates, a team of approximately a dozen experienced professionals.  We consider ourselves a family.  I feel that each hand-picked associate is a personal friend.  I can proudly add that my son, Scott, and daughter, Kristen are also members of our sales team.  With our roots based in Oradell, we cover the entire Bergen County area and can advise you extensively on any real estate matter.  Our family tradition and commitment to our clients are a source of pride.
